Advertiser policy / Summary
Trust is the placement.
This plain-language summary supports informed participation. The binding terms presented during contracting and checkout govern where they differ.
Clear sponsored disclosure
Scadex labels paid Spotlight inventory as Sponsored and identifies the advertiser. Sponsorship does not influence organic rankings, collection values, recommendations, editorial coverage, or Pulse signals. Advertisers may not suggest otherwise.
Eligible advertisers
Creators, stores, brands, and events must provide accurate identity and destination details. Scadex may request verification evidence, reject an application, pause delivery, or remove creative to protect collectors and platform integrity.
Prohibited content
Counterfeit, unauthorized replica, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or rights-infringing goods are prohibited. Creative must not contain deceptive pricing, fabricated scarcity, guaranteed investment returns, misleading affiliation, impersonation, malware, dark patterns, or claims that cannot be substantiated.
Creative and destinations
Creative must match its destination and remain accurate for the campaign duration. Material changes may trigger a new review. Advertisers are responsible for rights to names, logos, copy, imagery, and linked content.
Review, payment, and delivery
Saving a draft does not reserve inventory. The backend is authoritative for eligibility, review status, availability, scheduling, taxes, currency, and price. Mollie checkout is offered only after the campaign becomes eligible. Delivery can vary by available matching inventory; any guarantees must appear in the final order.
Privacy-safe reporting
Reporting is aggregate and designed to avoid identifying individual collectors. Scadex does not provide user-level browsing histories or sensitive audience attributes. Metrics may be delayed, thresholded, rounded, or withheld for small cohorts and fraud prevention.
